mcr PROSMOKE AUTOMATIC SMOKE CURTAINS

Their main function of mcr PROSMOKE FS/CE smoke curtains is to create smoke zones within the building. These smoke zones prevent the uncontrolled spread of smoke, allowing for the maintenance of a smoke-free layer above the floor. Fixed fabric smoke curtains mcr PROSMOKE S are an element of the natural smoke exhausting system. Their main function is to create smoke zones within the building. They are primarily used in large-area buildings.

Fixed steel smoke curtains mcr PROSMOKE ST are a permanent element of the natural smoke exhausting system, used to create smoke zones in large industrial and warehouse buildings.

Automatic smoke exhaust curtains mcr PROSMOKE ONE are characterized by one common casing for all shafts. mcr SVM/SVM EI - CONTROL UNIT

The mcr 9705 smoke control panel has been designed to control smoke extraction devices (smoke vents, smoke windows, smoke curtains) in an electrical control system.

mcr 0204 CONTROL UNIT

The mcr 0204 smoke control panel activates the smoke exhaustion devices via an alarm signal from optical smoke detectors or from the manual smoke exhaust button RPO-1.

mcr R0424, mcr R0448 EXTENSION MODULES

The mcr R04xx expansion module allows for powering a group of actuators (24 V-) with a total current consumption of up to 48A or 24A, depending on the configuration.

ELECTRIC ACTUATORS - SMOKE EXHAUST AND VENTILATION

Electric actuators are used to open the wings of vents, smoke exhaust windows, daily ventilation systems, as well as aeration doors. They are powered by a DC voltage of 24 V-, 48 V-, or an AC voltage of 230 V~.

ELECTRIC ACTUATORS 230 V~ FOR VENTILATION

Ventilation actuators are used for smoke exhaust vents with pneumatic control, as well as for ventilation variant and vents in continuous rooflights.

OPTICAL SMOKE SENSORS

Optical smoke detectors enable early fire detection during material combustion and temperature rise, even before the appearance of open flames. They are resistant to wind, pressure changes, and water vapor condensation, with high sensitivity to visible smoke.

mcr RPO fire alarm button is used in smoke exhaust systems for manual alarm triggering and for indication of operating status of the smoke exhaust unit

mcr P054 WEATHER CONTROL UNIT

The weather control panel mcr P054 is used to manage the operation of vents or ventilation window actuators, which should be closed in case of rain or wind. The device can be connected to smoke control panels, ventilation control devices, or drives powered by 230 V~.

mcr GWD-1 i mcr GWD-2 WIND-RAIN SENSOR

Designed to control the operation of actuators for ventilation vents or windows, which should be closed in the event of rain or wind.

mcr AR/AWR - WIND & RAIN SENSOR

The AR/AWR wind-rain sensor directly controls the mcr SVM and mcr SV-ds smoke control panels.

mcr FLEX - REMOTE CONTROL

A remote control for operating the mcr SVM and mcr SV-ds control panels.

LT VENTILATION BUTTON

LT ventilation button is used to operate (open and close) vent or window leafs for ventilation during normal operation.

mcr BVT - FIRE ALARM BUTTON

The emergency button is used in smoke exhaust systems for manually deactivating alarms and indicating alarm or fault conditions. The mcr BVT model is designed for mcr SVM and mcr SV-ds control panels.

mcr BVSA - FIRE ALARM BUTTON

The emergency button is used in smoke exhaust systems for manually deactivating alarms and indicating alarm or fault conditions. The mcr BVSA model is designed for mcr SVM and mcr SV-ds control panels.

"FIREMANS" PRIORITY SWITCH WITH RESET

The emergency button is used in smoke exhaust systems for manually deactivating alarms and indicating alarm or fault conditions. The mcr BVT model is designed for mcr SVM and mcr SV-ds control panels

LIMIT SWITCH

The limit switch signals the position of the smoke or ventilation vents (closed, open, partially open) and transmits information to the fire alarm system. It features two NO and NC contacts, supports voltages up to 250 V~, and handles currents up to 5 A, with an IP65 protection rating.

TIMOTION VN1 ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

The VN1 linear actuator has been designed specifically for ventilation applications. The VN1 is made of high-quality aluminium. The VN1 model in the AC version is equipped with a built-in Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS), which enables power supply with alternating current.

mcr R2324-24V, mcr R2348-24V, mcr R2324-48V EXTENSION MODULES

The mcr R23xx-24V expansion module is used to supply one group of 24 V DC actuators with a total current consumption of up to 24 A or 48 A, depending on the version.
The mcr R2324-48V expansion module is used to supply one group of 48 V DC actuators with a total current consumption of up to 24 A.

FLOW REGULATOR WITH THERMAL SWITCH (THERMAL TRIPPER)

It is used to power the smoke exhaust pneumatic actuator from its own CO₂ cartridge or from a CO₂ system. The released gas is directed to the pneumatic actuator, causing the vent leaf to open.

PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

The pneumatic actuator is used to open the vent leafs for smoke ventilation and/or aeration purposes.

ALARM BOXES

Alarm boxes are devices used for remote alarm activation to open damper wings using compressed CO₂ energy contained in a cartridge built into the box.

VENTILATION BOXES

Ventilation boxes are used for remote control of actuators that open and close the ventilation vent leafs. The boxes contain control valves for opening and closing the vent leaf, as well as an air preparation system.
