We form an international group of companies which is among the industry's leaders on the European market. Our comprehensive offer includes: smoke and heat exhaust systems, rooflight systems, fire ventilation systems, as well as fire protections of building structures. We also provide full service support to our Clients.
We have provided safety for over 35 years. Our company portfolio comprises hundreds of projects completed domestically and abroad. We combine our many years' experience with innovativeness, creating new solutions designed to face the challenges posed by today's building industry.
We are a public company. "MERCOR" S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since July 2007.
In providing comprehensive services, we strictly co-operate with building designers and constructors.
We offer help in selecting and designing fire protection systems; we design equipment forming part of those systems, delivering them and installing on site. We also provide full-ranged service, constituting the guarantee of long-term reliability of our systems.
The majority of our assortment is custom-manufactured on individual orders; our customers can specify the demanded product parameters, subject to regulatory safety standards and requirements.

Krzysztof Krempeć
One of the founders of "MERCOR" S.A. Since March 2008, the President of the Management Board of the Company.
He has over 30 years of experience in the passive fire protection industry.
Jakub Lipiński
Since February 2017, he has been the First Vice-President of the Management Board, Financial Director.
At Mercor S.A. has been working since May 2013.
His professional career in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o. o. started in 2006. In 2007-2009 he was employed as a Consultant, and from 2009 as a Senior Consultant. In June 2010, he took the position of Financial Controller at Dovista Polska Holding Sp. z o. o. (currently Dovista Polska Sp. z o.o.), a company from a Danish capital group dealing in the production of windows and doors. In Dovista Polska Sp. z o. o. he worked until he moved to Mercor.
Since September 2022 he has been President of the Management Board of the subsidiary MERCOR Centrum Usług Wspólnych sp. z o.o.
Tomasz Kamiński
With Mercor S.A. has been associated since 1997. He started working as a technical and commercial specialist in the Fire Ventilation Department. In 2005, he took the position of the manager of the above-mentioned Department. Since 2008, he has been the Director of the Division.
A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology. He also completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Environmental Engineering (Smoke Exhaust Systems - Fire Ventilation).
In the period from October 2013 to August 2016, he was a Member of the Management Board of MB1 Sp. z o. o. responsible for the production plant of the Mercor Group in Mirosław.
A long-time member of the Polish Ventilation Association, operating in the ventilation and fire protection of buildings industry.

Lucjan Myrda
He graduated from the school of fire officers in Warsaw (with the title of fire officer) and studied at the electrical department of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, majoring in industrial electrical engineering. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in fire prevention at the main school of fire service in Warsaw. In addition, he has completed a postgraduate course in logistics for state fire service officers at the higher officer school of quartermaster services in Poznań. He has the qualifications of an expert in fire protection matters.
In the years 1964-1999, he was continuously professionally associated with the state fire department, beginning his career as a senior non-commissioned officer for fire prevention at the local fire brigade headquarters in Kłobuck, and ending up as the deputy commander of the provincial state fire brigade in Krakow. In the years 1993-1999 he was a national rescue specialist of the main fire brigade headquarters, specializing in energy rescue. Since 2006, he has been an expert of the association of fire engineers and technicians in the field of fire protection in construction.
Consultant for fire protection in construction facilities, court expert in the field of fire protection, author of opinions and post-fire expertise. Promoter of knowledge on fire protection and prevention. Author of numerous specialist publications, co-organizer and participant of many national and international industry conferences, giving lectures at universities. Strongly associated with the industry environment, he was one of the initiators of creating a certification system for companies providing fire protection services in Poland.

Tomasz Rutowski
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań.
In the years 1997-2001 he worked as a trainee in the law firm Zenon Marciniak in Poznań. Since 2001, he has been running his own law firm, Tomasz Rutowski, based in Poznań. He performs the function of the deputy disciplinary officer in the ora in Poznań. He sits on the management boards of SKI system sp. Z o.o. and Amex sp. z o.o.

Marian Popinigis
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Participant of doctoral studies at the Institute of State and Law in the field of labor law.
Co-founder of Mercor, which he founded with his partners in 1988. Since then, until March 2008, he has been continuously at the helm of the company, serving as the president of the management board.
In 2009-2022, he was associated with Blirt S.A., including as a member of the management board and president of the management board. For over 15 years he was a member of the authorities of the Polish association of manufacturers of fire protection and rescue equipment.

Błażej Żmijewski
A graduate of the Faculty of Transport Economics at the University of Gdańsk in the field of maritime transport economics. He also completed a management 2005 course at the Cnadian International Management Institute.
He worked, among others. At the seaport of Gdynia, at Gocon AB in Gdańsk, at the foreign company Dora in Gdańsk and at Intertrade with its registered office in Gdynia.
Since 1992, he has been running the Imex top 32 trading company based in Gdańsk, where he is the president of the board.
In the Supervisory Board of Mercor S.A. has been sitting since 2004.
Arkadiusz Kęsicki
He is a graduate of finance and banking studies at the higher banking school in Poznań. He also graduated from the strategic leadership academy at the ican institute.
Since 2020, he has been the general director at Hoffmann Transport (a leading Polish company for specialized international transport), being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the company's strategy, and supervision of all operational and financial activities.
In 2014-2019, he was a member of the management board of mila s.a. (supermarket chain). His duties included supervision and support of projects implemented by the company (strategic, operational and process), with particular emphasis on supervision over the project "launch of a new commercial network mile" and after the launch of this network - "updating the strategy along with strategic initiatives".
From 2009 to 2014, he was professionally involved in the construction industry: in 2013-2014, financial director, member of the management board at Molewski sp. Z o.o.; 2012-2013 financial director at Metalbark sp. Z o.o.; in the period 2009–2012 he worked for Alstal construction group sp. z o.o. sp.k. – as CFO (2009-2010), and later as CFO and member of the management board (2010-2012).
Previously, from 2001 to 2009, he was associated with Polomarket sp. Z o.o., first as the head of the financial department (2001-2005), then as the financial director (2005-2006), and finally as the financial director - member of the management board (2006 -2009). His tasks in the latter role included, among others: direct management of the accounting and controlling departments, company liquidity management, management of the following departments: legal, personnel, administration (including logistics). Before starting work for the Polomarket chain, he was employed as the chief accountant at Polima s.a. (1999-2001), and earlier as a credit inspector (responsible for business loans) at PKO bp Kwidzyn branch (1997-1999).

Eryk Karski
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Banking. In addition, in 1998 he completed a course for investment advisors, in 2002 he passed the CFA first level exam, and in 2004 he completed a course for the chief accountant organized by the accountants association in Poland. Since 2016, managing Value fund poland activist fiz. Since 2007, a partner of the investment and advisory boutique Value Fund Poland sp. Z o.o. sp.k.
In the years 2009 - 2011 he was the president of the management board - general director of lentex sa plants. In the period of 2006 - 2008, he dealt with the implementation of restructuring projects in the companies of the Supernova Capital SA capital group. He was also the president of the management board of the national investment fund Zachodnio NFI S.A. In 2005-2006, he was the financial director of Boryszew S.A., elana branch in Toruń, as well as the deputy managing director and the company's proxy. Earlier, in the years 2003-2005, he held the positions of financial director and director of electronic payments and development at the state mint. He was also a proxy of the company. In turn, from 1999 to 2003 he worked at BRE Bank as a specialist in the asset management department.
Since February 2007, a member of the Polish Institute of Directors. Since 2001, a member (former member) of many supervisory boards, mainly of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, appointed mainly on the initiative of OFE, TFI and crediting banks.
He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Mercor S.A. since September 2011.
Pathy TIMU ZENZO
He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, majoring in civil engineering. He has 18 years of experience in the cubature construction and real estate industry, resulting from work in international organizations acting as a developer, investor, and general contractor - in the purchase, concept, implementation or sale of various types of facilities. He has building qualifications to manage construction works without restrictions.
Currently, as technical director at Exeter Property Group, he is responsible for the overall coordination of investment projects. In 2014–2019, he worked at Goodman Group as a technical development manager and was also responsible for the implementation of investment projects. In the years 2007–2014, he worked in gse group successively as a project manager, and then as a senior project manager and was responsible, among others, for coordinating construction works, settling subcontractors, technical acceptance of completed works. In the period 2004-2007 he was employed as a construction engineer at Eiffage Mitex construction and Seiccf Polska.
Since 2014, he has been running his own business. His company, wb consulting, offers technical consultancy in the field of construction and real estate acquisition, coordination and supervision of technical and environmental Due Diligence processes, coordination of design works and acceptance of technical solutions.
