MCRSHOP - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

With the beginning of May, MERCOR has started an online shop - mcrshop. Within the mcr edu project we have prepared a short interview with Jan Paluch, who is responsible for this project and told us about the primary features of the online shop. 

mcrshop is already available for Mercor’s clients. Does it mean that you can buy all products from the company’s offer?
At first we implemented products that constitute building structure protections.

Are you planning to expand the offer?
Yes, in a few months we are planning to expand the offer in chosen elements of natural smoke exhausting and fire ventilation systems. We strive to make these products available online to our customers as soon as possible.

Can you order the products in any quantity at mcrsklep?
The size of the order is limited to the quantity in the warehouse - while shopping, the customer can order the maximum quantity available.

What if the client wants to order more products than the stock level?
There is always a possibility. Our sales team are always available and can guide the customer through the ordering process at any time, outside the online store.

Do the same sales teams deal with product consulting?
Of course. Our sales teams consists of industry specialists, who have worked in constant contact with clients for years. At any time you can contact them, also by a “Contact” tab on the mcrsklep home page. Thanks to launching the online shop, our sales representatives acquired a new tool, which will improve the customer service.

How can you pay for the order?
The available payment methods are: traditional transfer and Dotpay quick payments. In addition there is - a mercantile credit - for customers who have commercial contracts signed with us and based on verification with the insurer of receivables, they received a credit limit in a specified value and on specified conditions; up to this limit.

Is mcrsklep sending the products abroad?
Currently not. The orders are delivered only in Poland by DHL and SCHENKER. The delivery time is up to 3-5 business days from the payment being credited to our account. Collection in person is possible from the warehouse after prior contact with us.

Are you planning another language versions of mcrkslep?
Yes. We are working on this.
