MERCOR at the modern EQT Wrocław South III facility
EQT Wrocław South III is a modern warehouse park located in Bielany Wrocławskie, where MERCOR products are used for fire protection.
EQT Wrocław South III encompasses over 50,000 square meters and consists of two warehouses. The facility boasts excellent connections to both Wrocław and the highway to Germany, and is only 16 km from the airport. The investor is EQT Real Estate, and the general contractor is BREMER.
Besides being one of the best-connected logistics parks in Poland, EQT Wrocław South III is also a very modern facility featuring a number of additional, above-standard amenities and solutions.
Fire protection includes MERCOR products – mcr Ultra Therm fire dampers with a pneumatic system. The facility is illuminated by continuous light strips and mcr Prolight skylights, which simultaneously reduce heat loss.
An efficient photovoltaic installation was installed on the roof, and the facility features energy-efficient LED lighting. MERCOR skylights and skylights were used to maximize natural light. External staircases lead to the building's roof, enhancing safety.
The facility also features charging stations for electric vehicles.
Sustainable landscaping was also implemented. Vines serve as vertical sound barriers, improving comfort by lowering the building's internal temperature and supporting biodiversity. The project also included planting 400 trees and shrubs. Additionally, a flower meadow was established and bird nesting boxes were installed.
