Group (hereinafter referred to as MERCOR or the Company), one of the leaders of the European fire protection market, finalized on October 1, 2025, the sale of its business activities related to natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilation and fire ventilation systems to Kingspan Group — a global leader in insulation technologies and integrated building envelope solutions (the Transaction).
