We had the unique opportunity to install our systems in the production hall of MFO S.A., a manufacturer of steel profiles. The facility was equipped with mcr ULTRA THERM smoke vents and mcr PROLIGHT continuous rooflights with smoke vents – all integrated within a pneumatic control system.

Louvered smoke vents mcr LAM are a key element of the natural smoke exhausting system. As automatic smoke exhaust devices, they have the CE Certificate of Conformity WE-196-CPD-0032 in accordance with the PN-EN 12101-2 standard. The mcr LAM vents, produced by MERCOR, are available in a wide range of options regarding size, construction, control type, and custom design features.

The mcr ULTRA THERM roof hatches are devices that allow access to the roof for maintenance or operational work. The proper selection of the panel filling also enables the interior of the building to be illuminated with natural light.

The primary function of mcr PROLIGHT continuous rooflights is to provide natural light to interior spaces. Continuous rooflights equipped with smoke ehaust vents and/or ventilation units from the mcr PROLIGHT line additionally serve as a crucial component of the gravity smoke extraction and/or daytime ventilation system.
