EQT Wrocław South III covers an area of over 50,000 square metres and consists of two warehouse halls. The facility is perfectly connected with Wrocław and the motorway leading to Germany, and is located only 16 km from the airport. The investor is EQT Real Estate, and the general contractor of the project is BREMER.

Apart from being one of the best-connected logistics parks in Poland, EQT Wrocław South III is also a very modern complex featuring numerous additional solutions and amenities that go beyond standard expectations.

For fire protection, MERCOR products were used – mcr ULTRA THERM smoke vents integrated with a pneumatic control system. Daylight illumination and heat loss reduction are ensured by mcr PROLIGHT continuous rooflights and skylights.
