Strenght in numbers - Mercor 2024 Congress
The Mercor 2024 Congress was held in Gdansk, Poland, on June 6-7th, 2024. This is one of the most important events in the Mercor Group, during which we summarize the current activities, implementations and successes both at Mercor and the companies belonging to our Group: mcr Tech Lab, Elmech, DFM Doors.
This year, for the first time, we expanded the Congress to include the International Day, during which our subsidiaries: Mercor Tecresa, Mercor Dunamenti, Mercor Romania, Mercor Slovakia, Mercor Czech Republic and Mercor Fire Protection UK, talked about their competitive advantages.
The main theme of this year's event was the market advantages of the Mercor Group. During the lectures and speeches, we looked at the current market situation and together searched for answers to the questions:
• What does the market need?
• What is the competition missing?
• What are our advantages and unique selling proposition?
The Mercor Congress is a time for us to exchange thoughts and experiences, and above all - an opportunity to meet people who work in various Mercor branches in Poland and around the world. After all, Mercor is people and our strength lies in them!
