DL Invest Group is one of the most rapidly growing polish investors on the commercial real estate market. The diversified real estate portfolio includes three segments that are developed in accordance with the spirit of sustainable development: logistics centers, office centers and retail parks. During 5 years of our cooperation, we secured 185,000 m² of hall space. Our recent projects include production and warehouse halls: DL Invest Borek Wielki, DL Invest Park Rzeszów and DL Invest Park Teresin. Each investment is characterized by box-in-box rooms, such as freezers or cold stores.

“Out of the box” solutions

Already at the design stage, based on our many years of experience, we have proposed unusual solutions for each investment that expand the wide range of Mercor products. These include:

Mcr COOL THERM smoke exhaust vent

The mcr COOL THERM smoke exhaust vent is a gravitational smoke exhaust system device whose task is to remove smoke and fire gases from cold rooms or freezers.

It has been specially designed for installation in rooms with temperature scales such as:

≥4°C for cold storage
from –28°C to 4°C in the case of freezer rooms

It has excellent thermal parameters (no thermal bridges), and the U coefficient has been reduced to 0.595 (W/m2K) with a vent leaf thickness of 120 mm filled with polyurethane.

mcr OSO THERM air vents with façade panels

mcr OSO THERM vents are devices used to aerate a facility, adapted for installation on building facades. Their main function is to provide fresh supplementary air in gravity smoke removal systems. Additionally, they can also function as room ventilation. The vent opening angle is up to 90 degrees. Thanks to these devices, the customer obtains identical thermal parameters as in the rest of the building walls. Their undoubted advantage is also the high aesthetics - after installation, the vents "blend" into the façade.

mcr ULTRA THERM smoke exhaust vents with opaque filling

Smoke exhaust vents with opaque filling (black polycarbonate plate or ALU-PIR-ALU plate) are used in places where too much exposure to the object is not desired. Therefore, they are advised for food warehouses, wholesalers, pharmaceutical warehouses or machinery parks with optical sensors.
