Mercor in the world of AI
Artificial Intelligence is increasingly penetrating our everyday and professional lives. Articles and images generated by AI appear online. For many people, Chat GPT, which understands and processes queries in natural language, becomes a kind of virtual assistant that additionally performs analyses and summaries.
The main task of the GPT chat is to optimize and support processes, eliminate mechanical tasks and increase productivity. But how do we get the answers we expect? How to formulate prompts – commands so that the chat generates an answer in line with expectations? Mercor employees learned the answers to these and many other questions during the “AI Basics” training organized as part of the “Mercor Learns” campaign. The training was led by Kinga Bobrowska – an online marketing and social media specialist at Mercor.
Participants of the training learned about areas in which GPT chat can improve their daily work. They also learned how to create prompts so that the answers received from the chat are as close as possible to the user's individual writing style.
The training proved to be incredibly inspiring for the participants and many of them started using AI regularly to improve their daily work. This is not the end of the adventure with AI at Mercor. We are constantly updating our knowledge on this topic and working on new solutions using artificial intelligence - which we will certainly share on our social media channels.
Mercor learns is a project of internal exchange of knowledge and experiences, in which the trainers are employees of the MERCOR S.A. group, and any interested person from the company can take part in them and expand their knowledge in a new, previously unknown area.
