MERCOR AFTER Q3 2024/2025
The MERCOR Group reported a net profit of PLN 14.5 million for the first nine months of FY 2024/2025 (period from 1 April to 31 December 2024), with revenue amounting to PLN 381.7 million. EBIT for the period was PLN 18.1 million and EBITDA reached PLN 32.0 million. In the three months to 31 December 2024, i.e. the third quarter of the financial year, the Group’s revenue amounted to PLN 131.4 million, with net profit at PLN 3.0 million (PLN 8.1 million when adjusted for one-off items).
MERCOR POSTS SOLID SALES FOR H1 2024/2025
The MERCOR Group reported a net profit of PLN 11.5 million for the first half of the 2024/2025 financial year (from 1 April to 30 September 2024), with revenue amounting to PLN 250.3 million. EBIT for the period was PLN 16.0 million and EBITDA reached PLN 25.3 million. In the second quarter alone, the Group’s revenue amounted to PLN 125.3 million, with net profit at PLN 5.4 million.
MERCOR POSTS SOLID REVENUE FOR Q1 2024/2025
The MERCOR Group reported revenue of PLN 137.2 million for the first quarter of the 2024/2025 financial year from 1 April to 30 June 2024, marking a 9.8% drop year on year. Net profit for the quarter was PLN 6.5 million, with EBIT at PLN 10.3 million and EBITDA at PLN 15.2 million.
MERCOR CLOSES FINANCIAL YEAR 2023/24
The MERCOR Group, has reported revenue of PLN 587.4 million (down 6.52% y/y) and net profit of PLN 52.8 million (up 11.75% y/y) for the financial year 2023/2024 (from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024). EBIT for the period was PLN 57.1 million and EBITDA reached PLN 76.3 million.

After the first nine months of FY 2023/2024 (1 April − 31 December 2023), the MERCOR Group reported revenue of PLN 446.3m (down 4.9% year on year).

The MERCOR Group reported revenue of PLN 300.9 million (-0.4% year on year) after the first six months of FY 2023/24 (April 1st 2023 − September 30th 2023).
