Fire safety without borders
Mateusz Chmurczyk, Product Manager from the Fire Construction Protection Department of MERCOR S.A., presented innovative solutions in the field of passive fire protection during a meeting as part of cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian local governments.
On the initiative of representatives of non-governmental organizations working to improve the housing conditions of poor people and prevent homelessness, a meeting was held as part of cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian local governments. Representatives of the State Emergency Situations Service of Ukraine and local government officials from Odessa invited to the meeting had the opportunity to learn about Polish experiences and solutions in the field of fire protection.
The host of the meeting was BIPROHUT Stacja Gliwice, one of the tallest and most recognizable buildings in Gliwice, with a spectacular view of the city. Piotr Podkocki, Head of the Tenant Service Department of Mostostal Zabrze Nieruchomości Sp. z o. o., the Property Manager, talked about the fire protection measures used at BIPROHUT Stacja Gliwice.

He also talked about the regulations and presented practical examples of MERCOR solutions used in buildings for various purposes.
