Mercor’s Sealing System

The mcr Polylack Elastic ablative paint, the mcr PS swelling collar, the mcr PS-25 swelling band and the mcr Dunaseal sealing tape are products intended for sealing penetrations of certain types of combustible pipes, metal pipes, single cables and cable bundles in flexible walls, rigid and rigid floors.

Penetration sealing with the above products applies to both individual and combined penetrations.

Products from the range of passive construction protection passages can be used in:

• fireproof sealing of penetrations through walls and ceilings of plastic pipes made of: PVC-U, PVC-C, PE-HD, PE, ABS, SAN+PVC, PP-R;
• fireproof sealing of penetrations through walls and ceilings of metal pipes made of steel, cast iron and copper pipes;
• fireproof sealing of penetrations through walls and ceilings of metal pipes made of steel, cast iron and copper pipes in combustible and non-combustible insulation;
• fireproof sealing of passages through walls and ceilings of cables, cable bundles, cable trays.

The maximum dimensions of the secured passage are 1200 x 1800 mm.
