Information
mcr WIP PRO/S multi-blade cut-off dampers are designed for use in general ventilation installation, in points of penetration of these installations through building partitions. During fire, they allow to maintain fire resistance of the building partition through which ventilation and air conditioning ducts run. They also prevent propagation of fire, smoke and fire gases to the safe part of the building.
Cut-off dampers of fire resistance independent from direction of air flow and of installation side.
Fixed, narrow damper thickness, regardless of B x H dimensions.
When made for potentially explosive zones (EX variant), the dampers may operate in zone 1 (risk of explosion of gases inside and outside of ventilation ducts) and zone 21 (risk of explosion of dust outside ducts). The dampers conform to the requirements of group II category 2G and -/2D.

- mcr WIP PRO/S [BF…-T, BFL…-T, BFN…-T, EXBF] – cut-off fire damper for ventilation ducts, with electric actuator with return spring and thermoelectric trigger - damper shutting and opening using actuator
- mcr WIP PRO/S [RST-KW1] – cut-off fire damper for ventilation ducts with spring actuator with integrated thermal activator; electromagnetic activator and limit switches available optionally

- WK2 – limit switch (damper open/shut signal)
mcr WIP PRO/S dampers are particularly useful in cases when a silencer, a pipe elbow or an air flow grate is designed in the system behind the damper.
Dimensions for rectangular dampers:
- nominal width from 110 to 900 mm
- nominal height from 263 to 1250 mm
- maximum area of section of single damper not larger than 1.125 m2
Apart from standard dimensions, dampers can be customized to any size within the specified ranges.

- RST-KW1/24P mechanism - integrated mechanism - thermal trigger 74oC (optionally 95oC) in the mechanism, actuating spring, one or two limit switches, electromagnetic trigger responding to power decay, U=24V DC, manual arming;
