MCR POLYLACK ELASTIC - ELASTIC FIRE PROTECTION INTUMESCENT PAINT

The mcr Polylack Elastic paint is designed for the fire sealing of: • penetrations involving single cables, bundles or cable trays • non-combustible tube penetrations • combined penetrations – cables, combustible tubes, non-combustible tubes in combustible/non-combustible insulation • expansion joints and gaps.

MCR PS-25 - FIRE-PROOF INTUMESCENT BAND

mcr PS-25 band is designed for fireproofing flammable pipes up to Ø250 mm and flammable pipes in combined penetrations.

MCR DUNABOARD - INTUMESCENT-PAINT COATED MINERAL WOOL BOARD

The mcr mineral wool Dunaboards are factory-coated with one layer of either the mcr Polylack F or the mcr Polylack Elastic paint. They are designed for fire sealing of installation penetrations using the mcr Polylack technology.

MCR POLYLACK F – FIRE-PROOF INTUMESCENT PAINT

mcr Polylack F paint is used for fireproofing: building crevices and dilatations up to 50 mm; penetrations for single cables, cable bundles, cable trays; combined penetrations – cables, pipes, electrical conduits flammable pipes and non-flammable pipes in insulation.

MCR PS BANDAGE - FIRE PROTECTION INTUMESCENT BANDAGE

The mcr PS Bandage fire protection bandages are designed for fire-proofing non-flammable tube penetrations in flammable insulation made through walls and ceilings within combined penetrations, using the mcr Polylack technology.

MCR POLYLACK K – FIRE-PROOF INTUMESCENT PASTE

mcr Polylack K is a supplementary product for mcr Polylack F paint, which serves the function of a filling and sealing mass. mcr Polylack K paste is used for fire-tightening of: penetrations of single cables, cable bundles, cable trays and cable ladders; combined penetrations – cables, pipes, electrical conduits; flammable pipes and non-flammable pipes in insulation.

MCR DUNASEAL – FIRE-PROOF SEALING TAPE

The mcr Dunaseal sealing unit is designed for fire sealing construction gaps and expansion joints with a nominal width of 10÷100 mm. It permits up to 50% movement of parts.

MCR PS - FIREPROOF INTUMESCENT COLLAR

mcr PS collar is used for fireproofing: flammable pipes up to Ø250 mm, flammable pipes in flammable insulation up to Ø250 mm, non-flammable pipes in flammable insulation up to Ø160 mm, flammable pines at an angle up to Ø160 mm and flammable pipes in combined penetrations.
